If I can go to Prague for a few hours, when would be useful?

Everyone arrives on the 16th; 17th in the afternoon?

It really must be useful because the trip would destroy my other
plans for these dates. What is the concrete plan? If everyone will
just be trying to make the workshops function correctly then I have
no reason to be there.
