[Cryptech Core] Wiki edit hold

Hello all,

If there are no objections (and there should be objections if anyone has
any presentations planned or conference calls with potential sponsors)
I'd like to work on the main wiki page this week
(https://trac.cryptech.is/wiki).  The goal is to structure that page
with an overall outline and description of each section on the site.
I'll be following the structure I've outlined here:
