We now have a modexp core that can do sign/verify with real size
numbers. The integration into the Cryptech FPGA design has been done.
What is needed now is SW for testing and then updates of the HAL and
application SW to utilize the core.

With hashes, trng and modexp/rsa we should have all the HW parts in
place for the use cases in the Dashboard. So yes, from HW side we should
be ready to do a release in June.

(I'm hesitant to change the modexp status to done before we have done
testing in the FPGA driving it from SW side and we really do 2048, 4096
bit based operations with the core.)
