Aloha!

I've spent time trying to get ISE running in Linux and updated the description on our wiki since it is not complete. It differs depending on dist and version of Linux. I'm currently on Ubuntu 13.10 since the 14-something have issues in Parallels.

I can start ISE, but license manager does not open.

I've also tried to build coretest for Novena, but Makefile is for 14.2 of ISE and the one you get from Xilinx is 14.7. Fixed that hard coded version in the Makefile, but now it dies on the .mk-file for some reason. Will hopefully be able to send better debug logs in a few hours.
