We have a few outstanding issues of a non-technical nature that we need
to converge on:

- f2f meetings (multiple)
- on-boarding new folk into core (needed to get Paul working)
- contract template (this may be on the way to getting done)
- collaboration mechanisms: regular-confcalls vs just-do-email - cf

I propose we do a confcall soon to get some of this sorted.
