Since it's been requested that we speak up even when not really adding 
anything to the discussion, I'll say that I agree with Joachim on this. 

I wouldn't be surprised if the fact that the exception is spelled out wrt. 
travel expenses, but not regarding hardware would be deemed significant in a 
dispute.
