you may want to add this on vm0:

 net.bridge.bridge-nf-call-ip6tables = 0
 net.bridge.bridge-nf-call-iptables = 0
 net.bridge.bridge-nf-call-arptables = 0

if you haven't already - it disables netfilter on br0 - you don't want
the hypervisor second-guessing the filtering on the guests
