Basil, I also need your PGP key for this to do you any good, and I
need some way of verifying that both of these keys belong to you.
Usual path is to do normal PGP key exchange first, then use the PGP
key to sign the SSH key.  Maybe Randy can act as introducer?

If you just need read-only access to repositories for now, try
https://cryptech.is/git/whatever.git.  SSH and PGP keys are only
required for write (git push) access.
