shall we try to meet in honolulu before the ietf meeting, saturday nov 8
or sunday nov 9?  i think we have shown that we only need a day.  but we
will have made significant progress and will probably want to do some
detailed planning.

goog has given bellovin a bit of funding to do sec work in the ietf, and
that can include cryptech.  if we do meet, i would be inclined to invite
him, but iff others agree.
